Resellers and Trade Relationships

Overview
These Trade & Wholesale Terms apply to all commercial purchases made through www.bevcool.co.uk by business customers, resellers, and trade partners. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
Eligibility
- Trade and wholesale pricing is available only to registered business customers with a valid UK business address and VAT registration number (if applicable).
- By ordering under trade terms, you confirm that purchases are made for business or resale purposes, not personal or domestic use.
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is required in full before dispatch unless a written credit agreement is in place.
- We reserve the right to amend pricing or discounts without prior notice, except for confirmed written quotations valid for 14 days.
- Bulk or recurring orders may be eligible for additional trade discounts — contact us for a quotation.
Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen events.
- Goods are shipped via insured courier services, and risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery.
- Large or palletised orders may require forklift access or prior arrangement for delivery.
Inspection & Acceptance
- All goods must be inspected upon delivery. Any visible damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours.
- Claims made outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
Returns & Cancellations
- Trade orders are non-returnable unless goods are defective or supplied in error.
- Cancellations after dispatch are subject to restocking and handling charges.
- Custom or special-order items (such as bespoke fonts or factory builds) are non-cancellable once in production.
Warranty & Support
- All trade purchases are covered under our standard Warranty & Product Guarantee Policy.
- Warranty claims are processed in line with manufacturer terms and UK business-to-business regulations.
- Technical advice and service support are available through our trade support line and email service.
Liability
- We are not liable for loss of profits, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from supply delays or product issues.
- Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied under the relevant order.
Credit Accounts
- Credit facilities may be offered at our discretion following a satisfactory credit check.
- Payment terms are typically 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Overdue balances may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.
- We reserve the right to suspend further deliveries until outstanding balances are cleared.
Governing Law
These Trade & Wholesale Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
