Dean and Tom have over 10 years experience of Lindr products (with previous companies).
Together they formed The Beverage Cooling Company in May 2025, having both worked together at Draught Beer Online and Tom ran Tapforcoldbeer for many years.
Dean used to be Chief Engineer at Miele and is a qualified electrician, plumber and refrigeration engineer.
He has a lot of experience in troubleshooting and fixing problems with a wide range of domestic and commercial Miele products - his knowledge and experience means we can repair most Lindr product issues within an hour, providing a drop-off repair service while-you-wait.
Tom used to work for Sony in IT, project management and business development.
He went on to form tapforcoldbeer - which sold and hired Lindr products for many years, he then joined Draught Beer Online for a short period, but realised he preferred running his own business.
Tom and Dean felt they would be able to provide a wider and more customer focussed experience by setting up their own business.
Repairs, Service and Warranty Work.
We have experienced, qualified staff on hand to repair or service your Lindr Portable and Under-Counter Cooler(s).
We operate a same-day "drop-off" or while-you-wait service at our Oakley workshop. We stock a wide range of Genuine Lindr spare parts. Alternatively you can ship your product(s) to us for assessment and repair.
We have more than happy to FaceTime/WhatsApp with you to trouble shoot any problems before booking in and to give you a rough estimate on the repair costs.

We have an in-depth knowledge of Lindr portable, under counter and water cooling products as well as direct links to the top tech people at Lindr HQ.

Example - we had a customer opening a cocktail bar in London, they wanted to differentiate their product in some way. We worked with them to adapt the Lindr External Water Carbonators to work with cocktail kegs - they were very happy with the results and now have a range of several carbonated cocktails on offer.
Product Sourcing.
We confirm that all products sold on this website are genuine UK models, sourced directly from verified and authorised UK distributors or manufacturers. We provide a 2-year warranty on all Lindr products and 7 day-a-week technical support via chat/WhatsApp.
Experienced Installation Partner.
We understand beer, wine, cocktail and water cooling and have completed (for other companies) many design, project management and installs for home and commercial bars. We have helped many restaurants, cocktail bars, wine bars and mobile bars to install draught beer, wine and cocktail cooling without the need for an expensive chilled cellar.
Example - we helped an established Army Mess redesign their loss-making draught beer installation into a profitable and well loved setup at a minimal cost.
