The Beverage Cooling Company is committed to providing high-quality products and reliable customer service. This Warranty & Service Policy explains your rights regarding product warranties, repairs, and support for Lindr cooling systems and related accessories purchased through www.bevcool.co.uk.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

All Lindr products supplied by The Beverage Cooling Company are covered by the official Lindr manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing or material defects affecting performance or function.
  • Repairs or replacement of faulty parts at our discretion.
  • Technical support and guidance from our service team.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., seals, hoses, or cosmetic damage).
  • Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications.
  • Consumables and accessories (e.g., taps, fittings, or CO₂ bottles) unless defective on arrival.

Service & Repairs

If your Lindr unit requires servicing or repair, please contact us before returning any item. Our team can help diagnose the issue and arrange a suitable repair option.

Service Process:

  1. Contact our support team at advice@bevcool.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. We will assess whether the problem is covered by warranty and provide instructions for return or service.
  3. If covered, repairs or replacements will be carried out free of charge. If not, we’ll provide a quote before proceeding.

Please note that products must be returned in clean condition and securely packaged. We reserve the right to refuse repairs on units that pose hygiene or safety concerns.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs

After the warranty period, we continue to offer repair and maintenance services for most Lindr systems. Charges for parts, labour, and return shipping will apply, and a quote will be provided in advance.

Proof of Purchase

To claim warranty service, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt, or invoice). Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Shipping for Warranty Claims

Customers are responsible for safely packaging and returning products for inspection unless otherwise agreed. If the fault is confirmed under warranty, return shipping of repaired or replacement items will be covered by us.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products. We are not responsible for any loss of business, income, or other indirect damages arising from product failure or downtime.
