What is a Lindr Portable?
A Lindr portable is a self-contained beer, wine
or cocktail cooler with an inbuilt air compressor. Using a keg coupler you
connect the cooler via supplied pipework to your chosen keg. The Lindr unit
will push air into the keg and force it into the unit, cooling the beverage as
it pours. They only take 20-minutes to get down to operating temperature and
will then serve chilled beer, wine or cocktails from kegs.
Do I need to use beer gas with a Lindr portable?
The Lindr portable /K models have an inbuilt air
compressor which is great for Key Kegs and instances where the beverage will be
drunk in 1-2 days. If you want beer in metal kegs to last longer (2-3 weeks)
then we recommend the use of a beer gas (CO2 or Mixed Gas) with an appropriate
regulator. Chat to us if you need to know more.
Which gas should I use?
Most lagers 'prefer' CO2 and ciders a 60/40
mixed gas. Guinness, stouts and John Smiths use 70/30 Mixed Gas. However CO2 is
difficult to manage if your kegs are not at a constant temperature, in which
case we would recommend 60/40 Mixed gas. If in doubt, please give us a call,
email us or use the chat facility.
Can I connect an external beer font to my Lindr portable?
Yes, absolutely. You can use any type of font - Porta, Celli, Lindr. The Lindr fonts allow you to re-use the tap from the front of the Lindr cooler (keeping the compensator feature)

How can I place an order for a complex setup?
If you have a complex or multi-line order we can put together a quotation for you, detailing all the items. We can then iterate that and, one you are happy with the quote we can then email you a detailed invoice. Once paid, we will dispatch or install your order as applicable.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Orders can typically be modified or canceled within a short period after placement, but once the order is processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
